Grief comes in many forms.

Sometimes it looks like burnout.

Sometimes it looks like irritability.

Sometimes it’s not being able to watch a certain movie anymore without tearing up for reasons you can’t explain.

We see this in therapy all the time.

When someone finally pauses long enough to notice what’s been quietly hurting, and sometimes for years.

There is a version of you that’s been left behind.
