Guess what!?

I'm an extremely sensitive person I care deeply when new potential clients reject me

I do care when clients are disruptive and disrespectful during our shared time together

I do get upset and disappointed when at the end of our ta**ra ceremony a client gets up in a huge rush turns on their smartphone and gets distracted with text messages without allowing me to close out the sacred circle

Living with a family member who suffers from isn't a picnic.

One minute they are sweet, caring, sensitive and thoughtful and then something you do or say will trigger them and they believe you're going to threaten them. You are now a perceived threat and they can physically harm you. I have a great deal of empathy and compassion for any family that lives with a relative who can explode at any moment.

Look at what happened to and his son this is serious and I grew up walking in eggshells 🥚 because my mother refused to divorce my father even though I was constantly physically and emotionally abused by him and it truly wasn't safe for my mother and I to live with him in that constant state of chaos and heightened fear 😢

My mother was obviously afraid that she couldn't be a single mother living off just her paycheck but my best advise to any woman or man out there is if your partner is a genuine threat to your physical and emotional well being you are not thriving and your children can not thrive or excel or live to be happy and balanced adults if you stay in a toxic environment

I've been in the field of healing for 30 plus years.
At age 19 I took my first lessons from a psychic healer who already knew I was naturally intuitive and very capable of running reiki energy within my body effortlessly ✨
I then started learning reflexology of the feet and incorporated reiki and reflexology in all my sessions.

In my thirties I started learning hot stone therapy and **ra and took trips to Maui to practice ta**ra massage with a group of strangers who all had the desire to learn ta**ra yoga 🧘‍♀️

Ta**ra is about connection to your Higher Self and learning how to be more empathetic and compassionate with other people you may not have anything in common with.

It may be very triggering to work with a group of people who've never met you before and you might feel like running away or even quitting midway through a ta**ra workshop because it can get very intense.

As you study ta**ra further you begin to realize it's all about the breath and that ta**ra is a form of yoga that helps you access the highest version of yourself

We learn to gradually awaken and access our by chanting, breathing deeply, activating our chakras and learning how to love ourselves unconditionally 💜

It's a practice that will help you feel completely centered, empowered and comfortable in your own company
