I can never emphasize enough that YOGA MEANS UNITE! It doesn't have to be a particular pose, clothes or prose(mantra).
A lil impromptu yoga flow on .hippie . At 5'5" I still can't extend my arms so I have to adjust quickly if I was stuck on what Yoga is "supposed" to be I couldn't have enjoyed this growth through unavoidable need for change in order to get some yoga in, in this tiny space. It was so nice and flowy to ... Not surprised the bus inspired lots of movement in the flow to make it go😝🤘🏾
