Exploring Your Inner World: Art Therapy and Internal Family Systems Group
 
This group is designed for individuals who want to get to know their parts more and understand their systems’ impact on daily living and patterns of behavior.  Participants should have a base knowledge of IFS and parts, but mastery is not required.  The sessions will be held in person, every other Monday (excluding Holidays) beginning May 6th, 2024.  The sessions will build upon each other so that participants can gain deeper knowledge and compassion for their parts.  Each session is $25, this includes arts supplies.
