Introducing Black Swan Bodywork, Randy Cummins' video blog for sharing videos of traditional and non-traditional Asian bodywork techniques and trainings that have been presented, as well as articles supporting various aspects of the work, to include Chinese medicine, Shiatsu stretching techniques, both anatomical and energetic anatomy, and the importance of self-discipline in regards to breath and applied intention.
