📣Celebrating 13 Years of Leadership at 3Dhealth! 📣

We’re proud to celebrate Travis Foreman’s 13th Work Anniversary at 3Dhealth! As our COO and CFO, Travis brings decades of operational and financial leadership to the day-to-day running of our organization and has overseen the overall economic health of 3Dhealth since 2013. He also leads all human resource functions across the firm. Over the past year, Travis is especially proud of guiding a fiscally responsible organization while ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and support.

When asked what’s one way he’s grown professionally or personally since joining 3Dhealth, Travis shared:

“I feel that I have grown over my 3Dhealth career by fully understanding my strengths and delivering on those strengths. Our executive staff is full of talent, and our younger staff members are intelligent and hard working. To encourage and allow others to grow within their career, while mentoring them, is a sign of strong leadership. We do that at 3Dhealth.”

We’re excited to welcome Richard Phan to the 3Dhealth Research Associate Team!

Originally born in Fountain Valley, CA, Richard grew up in Carmel, IN and now lives in nearby Noblesville. He describes himself as adventurous, and it shows. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him weightlifting, cooking, learning about nutrition, hiking nature trails, or snowboarding. He also loves discovering new shows and movies, listening to metalcore, and exploring Italian and Japanese cuisine.

Richard recently graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis, earning his B.S.P.A. in Management and Civic Leadership in May 2025. His education strengthened his foundation in economics, government finance, public policy, and behavioral science.

A few fun facts about Richard:
• He’s a younger twin by just one minute.
• He dreams of building a campervan to travel part-time and visit all 50 states.
• Winter (especially Christmas!) is his favorite time of year.

Richard and his fiancé, Summer, spend their weekends discovering new restaurants and enjoying time with their 10-year-old American English Coonhound, Shiloh – a “menace,” according to Richard.
