Today, we’re celebrating Ranae Weyer, our incredible Research Associate Manager. Since joining 3Dhealth in 2019 and stepping into her leadership role in 2022, Ranae has been instrumental in overseeing our research function and strengthening the data that drives our work. As AAPPR 2026 approaches, one pattern we consistently see across health systems is how difficult it remains to clearly define physician access, even when productivity data is readily available.

“I’m not particularly keen on big, extravagant events. The best way I know how to enjoy my birthday these days is to spend the entire day with my twin brother Brian, my parents, and my fiancé Summer. Going to a nice restaurant is a typical tradition — the cuisine is usually picked the day of.”
