Richard brings an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven insights to every project. When he’s not diving into provider network analyses, you’ll find him running along the Chicago lakefront, cheering on the Cubs, working out, or reading.

What’s on his bucket list for the next year? Richard plans to travel outside the U.S. — with countries in Europe and Asia at the top of his list — and he’s also setting his sights on completing a marathon.

We’re excited to welcome Jenna Lowe to the 3Dhealth Team!

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jenna recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Sociology of Health & Medicine. Her research explored how culture, class, and policy shape health outcomes and access to care — inspiring her passion for advancing health equity.

When she’s not diving into data and healthcare systems, Jenna enjoys playing bass guitar, going to concerts, watching documentaries, hanging out with her cats Meatball & Kyo, upcycling clothing, and doing puzzles and crafts. She’s also known for spontaneous midnight cookie baking and creating ultra-specific playlists for any theme imaginable.Some of Jenna’s favorite things are Italian food (especially pasta), pop and rock music, and New Year’s Eve — a time she sets aside to reflect on the past year and make wishes for the next.

When asked to describe herself in one word, Jenna chose passionate. We’re thrilled to have Jenna's curiosity and creativity on the team as she helps drive meaningful impact for our clients and communities. Welcome aboard, Jenna!
