In all seriousness, bringing home baby is both a tender and a very intense time. Your only real “job” right now is caring for a tiny human and remembering you’re human, too. Eat when you can, sip some water, sleep when it’s possible, and lean into your support people.

Remember - You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to apologize for being tired, or explain why your house is "a mess".

You are doing enough. You are enough. 🩷

We’re honored to care for our neighbors through our November Essentials Collection, supporting Pilsen Food Pantry and People’s Resource Center of Westmont.

🧺 Non-perishable food items can be dropped off in the donation bins at both our Chicago and Hinsdale offices. The pantries have shared that they’re especially in need of spices and cooking oils this season.

🧥 You can also support by shopping our Amazon Wish List (linked in comments!) for clothing and personal care essentials, which we’ll distribute between both organizations.

We believe in the power of community and the importance of taking care of one another. One small act of kindness can make a huge difference in the life of another — and we deeply appreciate your support. 💛

Please join us in welcoming Esther Leal to our Fleming Family Therapy team! 💜

Esther is now seeing clients virtually and at our new Hinsdale office. She works with clients age 8 and up, across the lifespan.

She’s fluent in English and Português, and conversational in Spanish, making her uniquely equipped to support diverse communities and voices.

Her specialties include:
• Intercultural relationships & identity
• Women’s issues & reproductive health
• Immigrant experiences & multicultural therapy
• LGBTQ+ community support
• Emerging adults navigating life transitions

Together Through Pelvic Pain — Back by Popular Demand!

We are thrilled to bring back our highly sought after support group: Together Through Pelvic Pain. This group is designed for ages 18+ who are experiencing pelvic or urogenital pain due to conditions such as endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, PCOS, and other chronic, debilitating conditions.

When: Weekly on Thursdays at 7:00 PM

Start Date: November 6th

Format: Virtual

Cost (without insurance): $45

Accepted Insurance: BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United/Optum

We wanted to create a space where people feel heard, supported, and less alone in their journey. Whether you’ve joined before or are new, this is your invitation to reconnect, heal, and grow together.
