Did you know keto friendly diets have helped some children with GI issues? So many of the children we’ve had the pleasure of knowing struggle with constipation, stomach pain and gassiness. GI issues also impact behavior, but changes to a child’s diet can make a huge difference. Specificially, keto-friendly and gluten-free diets.

Many families shy away from presenting new foods to their child with Autism. The consequences of pushing a new food can make mealtime a nightmare.

At Hope to Inspire ABA, we work with children on increasing their ability to try new foods! Certain behaviors mau be related to food sensitivity and restrictive/repetitive eating. If your child only has a couple of regular foods they eat or struggles to add new foods to their diet, we might be able to help!
