We are officially in a heavy use time for cupping..

Dry:
☑️ Cups applied after heated or held next to a flame
☑️ Most common
Fire 🔥:
☑️ An alcohol-soaked cotton ball, herbs, or other flammable substance is lit on fire inside the cup before being applied
☑️ Best for soft tissue injuries
Silicone:
☑️ Silicone, flexible cups are squeezed to apply via suction
☑️ Reduces or eliminates bruising
Wet 🌊:
☑️ Involves applying heat, applying cups, removing them, making small incisions, and reapplying within minutes
☑️ Best for detox
Massage:
☑️ Cups are applied then glided over the area while attached via suction
☑️ Best for chronic pain
Needle:
☑️ Cups are placed over inserted acupuncture needles
☑️ Amplifies healing effects
