The best thing I could do was to sit with the discomfort, as grief required that I stop 🛑🪑🚏. I acknowledged the force of the 🌊 and sat with it. Memories arose, and I began to consider what his physical life would say in that moment, which led to a moment of levity, interweaving a moment of fun in grief.

During my daily walk, a crucial part of my grief work and self-care routine, I regularly encounter this beautiful creature, prompting reflections on self-healing. Notably, I observed its feeding habits, deriving sustenance from a natural source. Witnessing nature's beauty encourages me to appreciate the earth's resources, provided by a divine power, and to preserve them. 🌿🦋🌸💚🌻
