Summer 2026 enrollment is now open for additional seasonal programs for children, teens, and young adults ages 5–23.

As the structure of the school year gives way to the unstructured pace of summer, some children, teens, and young adults feel less steady. Compass Health Center offers additional summer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for those who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient care.

When mental health and substance use show up together, as they often do, treating just one and not the other, often isn’t enough. Integrated treatment addresses both with a coordinated team and targeted approaches.

At Compass Health Center, we treat the whole person. Because when these challenges are connected, treatment should be too.

Many believe young adulthood is supposed to feel like forward momentum. But for some, it feels like a pause.

When motivation drops and routines fall apart, mental health often takes a hit. One of the most powerful ways to rebuild momentum is through SEEDS — sleep, eating, movement, following your treatment plan, and everyday self-care.

Not flashy. Not complicated. But incredibly effective.

If this season feels harder than you expected, we want you to hear this: You’re not the only one.
