Ginger Citrus Booster!

Vitamin C, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and a whole host of other benefits to boost your immunity through this time and throughout the year.

-Add to your tea or drink hot by itself

-Add to water for flavor and to boost hydration during to the electrolytes from the citrus

***Add a shot of this to hot water and drink in place of tea as your morning tonic or your "post-outside 'Rona throat-clearing" drink!***

- Start with boiling water in a pot on the stove
- Juice LEMONS and LIMES and set juice aside in jar
(I like to keep the pulp, I don't strain it out but you can if you wish)
- Cut up GINGER into chunks and add to boiling water (this is Galangal ginger because my Whole Foods was out of stock, but it still has great benefits (listed below in comments)
- Cut more LEMONS and LIMES and add them to the boiling water with the ginger (be sure to wash them with a fruit and vegetable wash first if boiling with the rind- I removed the rind this time)
- While the ginger and citrus is boiling BREATHE IN THE STEAM, deeply, through your nose to get that steam into your nasal passages and those properties down into your lungs
- Boil for 30 minutes at least (after rapidly boiling, reduce to medium heat for a low boil)
- Let cool and strain liquid off to add to the jar with the LEMON and LIME juice.
- Should be good in the refrigerator for 1 week.

🚨🚨Attention all!!!🚨🚨
KiWi Luna Therapeutic Massage has changed its name and is now Glow Holistic Therapy where we now offer Light Energy work, in the form of Reiki, as well as Bodywork.

However, Facebook will not allow me to change the name because it says I am trying to "dupe" people by doing so.🙄😡🤬
Therefore, this page will be shutting down soon.

You can find Glow Holistic Therapy on Instagram and the new website which is in progress and will be posted here prior to shutting down the page.
