Fitness and Pilates studio located in River North Chicago At Motus Functional Fitness & Pilates, our mission is to help people move and live better.

We integrate functional strength training and comprehensive Pilates instruction to develop strength, stability, and mobility that carry into everyday life. Through personalized training, small-group classes and private sessions, we provide a supportive environment where clients can improve performance, prevent injury, and enhance overall well-being. At Motus, movement is more than exercise. It is the foundation for living with strength, confidence, and longevity.

Please help us welcome our new instructor, Lexie!!

Lexie is a Physical Therapy Technician with a strong sports background and a passion for movement. Her foundation in physical therapy and comprehensive Pilates training through The Pilates Sports Center allow her to bring knowledgeable and supportive instruction to every class.

Lexie will be teaching Friday evenings beginning December 19th and Sunday mornings beginning mid January.

We are thrilled to have her as a part of the Motus team!

All Pilates Mat and Yoga classes are held in the first floor group fitness studio. To enter the building use the keypad, arrow down to Motus and press the yellow phone icon to be buzzed in. The group fitness studio is located through the MOTUS glass doors in the lobby. All Reformer Pilates classes are on the 3rd floor.
