WE ARE OPEN!!!

For the month of June there is a change in the doctor’s hours. Mondays and Tuesdays 10-3, Thursdays 12-6, and Saturdays 10-4.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone.

Beginning 5/2/20, our office will reopen for a limited number of eye exams on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Patients will be seen by appointment only, which can be scheduled by calling 312-421-5870. In order to ensure the safety of patients and staff, we will require that those who schedule appointments arrive wearing a mask and limit accompaniment to 1 parent, guardian or caregiver.

If you are experiencing fever, cough or any other symptoms of illness, we ask that you postpone your visit until those symptoms subside.

Due to the weather we will be closed on Thursday. The doctor will be in on Friday February 1st and Saturday February 2nd.
