"The beauty of a recipe is that it can always evolve and you can practice it to be the best version of it at that time. Salvador Dali once said, “Have no fear of perfection, you’ll never reach it”. So I fell in love with the chase.
When people ask me what my favorite dish to cook is, I always say that it is impossible to define because there are so many cultures, dishes, and styles to consider it would be hard to say one thing. Or if I did say one thing, it would probably change the next day. I am trained via school as a classical French chef, but I also studied abroad in Italy, Greece, and Turkey as part of our culinary tour and soaked up a lot of the culinary techniques, theory, and styles of the Mediterranean region. I also have been influenced by Asian cooking, namely Thai and Chinese cuisines."
