The StrongHER Bootcamp✨

We can’t do anything on our own keeping God first and as our strength here. Beyond grateful to collab with and hosting weekly bootcamps Monday and Wednesdays starting on the week of 2/23 & 2/25!!

All levels are welcome beginner friendly for the community at 6pm-7pm

It’s BYOM ( bring your own mat) I have extra bands can bring your own and personal weights to keep it spicy-er😌

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach for busy women who want to lose fat, build strength, and feel confident again — without extreme diets or unrealistic routines.

I specialize in helping moms and busy women navigate fitness through real-life seasons like postpartum, breastfeeding, hormone changes, and packed schedules. My approach focuses on body recomposition, sustainable habits, and workouts that fit into your life — not take it over.

I believe in grace over guilt, progress over perfection, and building a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY ✨

With having Uly as a c-section birth, I didnt start my postpartum journey until last year January. Women go through so many rapid changes in a short period of time. This new version of me as a mom allows me to appreciate my body and movement even more. Truly is a humbling experience having to start over again and that doesn’t mean the grind stops. Action creates more action. So if you don’t know where to start just start.

Here is what I’ve been doing since postpartum (I also breastfed the whole year):

Worked out minimum of 3 days per week and lots of walk as weather permits.

Ate nutrient balanced meals with high protein

Stopped comparing and starting living the experience of being a mom who loves fitness and loves helping other women do the same.

*for a long time I would compare especially from my own past “wins” or versions of who I was pre pregnancy.

Now this lifestyle hits different because I’m honoring my body which allows me in turn to honor my family. After all we can’t pour from empty cups.

WHEN HEALTHY ISN’T BORING✨

Let’s face it, most of the time when entering the space of health and well owe think of plain Jane chicken and rice all the time. Which is a nice easy quick staple however doesn’t have to be the only thing. I’ve learned if you want to make a plan stick, you need a little variety. That’s why with online programming we introduce variety that fits macros and micros needed for you. Tailored programs that will help you during your lifts, energy for the day, and recovery. Food is our fuel which carries function. Once I started looking at eating cleaner to help get me through my day vs going for what I was craving that’s when it switched for me. Focusing on long term function vs. short term satisfaction 🫡

CLIENT WIN WEDNESDAY 🔥

So much can happen within a year!! Have had the opportunity to work and coach and she dialed in and followed the plan. Trusted my guidance and am so grateful to see her unleash her strengths and potential within this last year. Her goal wasn’t so focused on weight loss but to get more toned and strength. To feel strong inside and out. We did just that!(: when clients tell me they want to become more toned with muscle definition. That usually means building lean body mass and a body recomposition in her case. She is a very busy stylist with only able to train 3x/ week and we still were able to again her goals with just that!

I’m here to tell you, you don’t need hours or multiple days in the gym to achieve your fitness goals. The key here is creating balance and consistency for a sustainable change. Proud of you my friend excited to see where this next phase will bring you!! We make a great team!❤️🥰

1 YEAR IN MOTHERHOOD DOWN FOREVER TO GO💙

As I reflect on my year for 2025, my biggest blessing yet, is my baby boy Ulysses. He has helped to slow down and be more present in life. Prior to becoming a mom, I was so consumed with work and working out, and idolized it forgot what truly matters and the point of all of this “life” . This year wraps up 4 years as an entrepreneur.. my small business has grown to point where I can be more at home with my baby as a sahm 🫶 felt weird at first since I was always on the go, but this year as I said motherhood has taught me to slow down a bit🥹 Thank you God for this year 2025. To be a Daym and a small business owner with GAIN STRENGTH FITNESS LLC is the biggest blessing for me ✨

2026 we are ready for you!! Building my faith in Jesus, building strength, and building my future all 2026🫶

LIFESTYLE & CREATING IMPACT✨

Been a CPT for 9 years now 🥹 it’s amazing how 12 years ago I was starting my own journey I seen how positive it has impacted me I fell in love with it and decided others need to see this kind of impact fitness has as well. Initially my plan was to become a physical therapist and as i went to orientation at UIC towards my bachelors in kinesiology, I felt no spark.. I wanted to feel that excitement and at the time I was already in my own journey. Working out was something I would look forward to in my days so I went for it got cert through ISSA and haven’t looked back since.

Fitness teaches us character above all else. Teaches us how to be patient when we are not. It teaches us discipline when we wan to give up. It teaches us how to be consistent and to be honest with our selves. If we build these core principles and character just in the fitness space, imagine how it’ll impact elsewhere in our lives?

Fitness will always improve your quality of life, take the chance on yourself to become your healthiest yet. Health is truly wealth 💪🏼🫶
