Meal prepping before baby and now with baby is a whole other ball game 😂 motherhood doesn’t mean you have to stop working on your goals. It just mean you have to@adjust and redirect to what is realistic for you and your life now.
To the mama who is trynna get back to it postpartum even while NURSING!! Listen, I completely understand time slips away so much easier now with bebe so a little hack I’ve been incorporating is just making everything in bulk and majority of the the time my family eats what I do because why not.
When we focus on creating health we need to share with those we love so they too can reap the benefits from nourishing our temples the Lord has gifted us.
✨When it comes to prep. KISS IT. Meaning Keep.It.Simple.Stupid. As long as you focus on having higher proteins and Whole Foods. You should be good!
✨Make everything in bulk so it saves time
✨ Make meals you don’t mind eating and having regularly for the week.
Because we all love to save time and money we focus on 1 meal plan set for the week instead of having something new everyday. It’s also easier to access and readjust week by week until you hit them goals!
