Baby, it’s cold outside! has dug his heels in for many parts of the country and it’s imperative to stay safe, so we’ve decided to share a few :

•As we age, our skin thins and the may become cold much quicker than a younger person. A great way to combat this is by wearing extra layers when going outside, as well as when indoors.

•Keep calm and keep your home warm by turning up the heat! Or, if conserving gas, we suggest adding layers and/or blankets and drinking warm beverages.

•Also, keep your kitchen stocked with food and drinks, which will ensure fewer trips outside to the grocery store.

•Stay indoors as often as possible to avoid being in frigid climates.
