MIDWEEK REFLECTION đŤ
How is your energy feeling right now?
Not your to-do list.
Not your responsibilities.
Your energy.
By the middle of the week, many of us are already moving quickly again.
Responding.
Managing.
Solving.
Holding everything together.
But sometimes the most powerful thing we can do midweek is pause, even briefly.
Lately, as I've been moving through 30 Days of Quantum Reiki self practice, something constantly reveals itself to me:
Our bodies respond deeply to stillness.
When we stop pushing for a moment, when we allow our nervous systems to soften, when we give our minds permission to be quiet:
Energy begins to reorganize itself.
Clarity returns.
Breathing deepens.
The body remembers not only to regulate itself, but how to do it.
Stillness is NOT doing nothing.
Stillness is allowing the deeper systems inside of us to recalibrate.
So if today feels full or intense, you might try something simple:
Take three slow breaths and soften your shoulders,
step outside for two quiet minutes,
place a hand over your heart and pause.
Even a small moment of stillness can shift the energy of your entire day.
What does your body or energy need most right now?
Rest?
Movement?
Quiet?
Space?
