Artesian Collaborative, LLC

Artesian Collaborative, LLC Developmental, strengths-based and community oriented. What if you could transform pain into an opportunity for growth?

Artesian Collaborative is a comprehensive mental health organization that translates psychological sciences into skills for life, relationships, workplaces and communities. We're excited to help you learn how to thrive. Our Unique Approach to Training & Consultation
We take the fundamentals of psychological research on human development, conflict and relationship building and apply it to the human

side of work. Many other training programs focus solely on education. Rarely do they get at the fundamental source of conflict and hurt and how to address it. Providing resources and skills in the midst of tension is where Artesian Collaborative thrives. We guide teams through tense and uncomfortable topics and help them feel good about it. With the right tools and support everyone has the potential to use their diverse experiences, identities, history and cultural resources to create effective and lasting change. Your business helps us offer mental health services and training to non-profits and individuals at affordable rates.

There’s something really powerful about coming together in community 🤍

Our Community Tables happen every third Thursday of the month—a space to slow down, connect, and have meaningful conversations around topics that matter.

Next month, we’re gathering around generational healing—exploring the patterns we carry, the ones we’re ready to shift, and what healing can look like across generations.

We’re also sharing our full 2026 calendar so you can plan ahead and join us for the conversations that speak to you ✨

Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and be part of the table.

How strong is your DSM-5 knowledge?

Many of us learned diagnosis years ago. Since then, criteria have shifted, categories have changed, and client questions have grown more complex. Small differences in symptoms can lead to very different diagnoses—and very different treatment paths.

That is why we are hosting the DSM-5 Quiz Show with Dr. Reddy and Dr. Chandy.

This live CE event reviews mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders in an interactive format. Instead of passively listening, you will test your knowledge, compare similar diagnoses, and clarify gray areas in a supportive setting.

This course is approved for LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, and Psychologists.
If you want to feel more confident explaining diagnoses to clients—and making them yourself—this is for you.

Date: May 21
Time: 1pm CDT
Cost: $25

Self care isn't broken — but it was never meant to be the whole plan. 🧠

Here's what the research actually tells us:
Humans are wired for co-regulation — meaning our nervous systems literally calm down in the presence of safe people. A face mask can't do that. A journal can't do that. Connection does that.

When we only heal in isolation, we miss the part of recovery that requires being truly seen — not just soothed.
That's why we're bringing people to the table.

Many people don’t need more tools.
They need permission to stop blaming themselves.

Shame says:
Push through.
Try harder.
Fix yourself.

Wisdom says:
Pause.
Notice.
Tell the truth about what’s actually heavy.

When something feels hard, the first instinct is often self-criticism.
But sometimes the most powerful shift is this:
Of course this feels heavy.
Not because you’re weak.
Because you’re human.

If you’re tired of blaming yourself, come sit with us at The Community Table
To put down what was never yours to carry alone.
