Artesian Collaborative, LLC

Artesian Collaborative, LLC Developmental, strengths-based and community oriented. What if you could transform pain into an opportunity for growth?

Artesian Collaborative is a comprehensive mental health organization that translates psychological sciences into skills for life, relationships, workplaces and communities. We're excited to help you learn how to thrive. Our Unique Approach to Training & Consultation
We take the fundamentals of psychological research on human development, conflict and relationship building and apply it to the human side of work. Many other training programs focus solely on education. Rarely do they get at the fundamental source of conflict and hurt and how to address it. Providing resources and skills in the midst of tension is where Artesian Collaborative thrives. We guide teams through tense and uncomfortable topics and help them feel good about it. With the right tools and support everyone has the potential to use their diverse experiences, identities, history and cultural resources to create effective and lasting change. Your business helps us offer mental health services and training to non-profits and individuals at affordable rates.

What the pain/mood cycle is
Why it happens
And small, human ways to interrupt it

Led by therapists who get it

Sometimes our emotions tell us stories that aren’t the whole truth. When you’re burnt out or overwhelmed, pause and check the facts — what’s real, what’s fear, and what’s fatigue talking? Therapy can help you slow down, separate the stories, and find your footing again.

You can be grateful and still grieving. You can love your work and still need a break. Especially during the holiday season, healing often means holding two truths at once. Therapy can help you create room for both.
