Join us for a 90-minute restorative yoga class is led by Brianna Suslovic and supported by Amber Renee with potent guided visualizations and Reiki.

You’ll move slowly through the postures while exploring your inherent connection to the spirit of nature and the quiet inner space where imagination seeds change. Each posture will be paired with visualization and energetic support to help you embody resilience, presence and possibility.
