Today we celebrate Chinese New Year marking the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse. Celebrations last 16 days, concluding with the Lantern Festival on March 3, 2026. The Fire Horse symbolizes energy, speed, independence, and rapid progress. It is a time for family reunions, cleaning to remove bad luck, and festive decorations. Thank you to our resident Susan for sharing her traditions with all of us.
