🌪️ When "Just Breathe" isn't a cliché, but a lifeline.
In the wellness world, we talk a lot about "finding peace." But some days, peace isn't the goal—survival is.
I recently wrote these words to capture that feeling of being bludgeoned by the "torrential winds" of life. It’s for the days when the body is weary and the dread feels like a weight you can’t lift.

All is pain, So much hurt (Just breathe). My body weary (Just breathe). Bludgeoned by the blows of life’sTorrential winds, Bludgeoned to the bone, Down to the pulse (Just breathe).
I can’t anymore (Just breathe). I’m unable (Just breathe). Drowning in dread (Just breathe). Pain (Breathe).Breath

As a wellness practitioner, I’ve learned that the most powerful moment of any practice is the transition from the instruction—"Breathe"—to the state of being—"Breath."

It is the ultimate way to begin again. When you are down to the pulse, the breath is the only territory you have left to reclaim.
If you’re feeling the weight of the world today, remember: You don’t have to solve it all right now. You just have to exist through the next exhale.

How are you creating space for your breath today?

Get out of your head. Find your your breath. A way out of pain.

Begin Again.

It’s beautiful. It’s grace. It’s hard. It’s mercy. It’s humbling. It’s a beautiful teacher.

Begin again. Begin again, again. As many time as you need. You did it once. You can do it again. Refresh. Let go.

Life isn’t a straight and singular arrow of trajectory towards progression (whatever that means). That’s a myth and don’t know we were taught that.

Life is up and down. It’s victories and failure. It’s lessons learned everyday. It’s not a constant consuming of things. We shed at time too. We start. We finish. We (something in between). We begin. We begin again.

It’s like weight lifting. Maybe you start lifting you become stronger. Then you become sick and your numbers drop. Begin again. Get back on it.

Try not to criticize yourself. Hold space for you. Center on her breath, not your mind and certainly not your thoughts. Give yourself a breath of compassion. You are where you are. You’re alive, you’re moving, you’re grooving. It’s all good.

Get back in your body. Get back into your breath. Stress in the mind creates stress in the body- so breathe a breath of compassion and Feelgood.

Breathe and begin again.

Journaling isn’t just about writing clever things— it’s about creating quiet too. The noise of hurry or anxiety or worry or pain or chaos and calamity. Quiet the noise of self doubt or insecurity. Quiet the noise in your head. This is a perfect way to get out of your head— journal. It’s such a simple and beautiful platform.

Quiet the Noise.

No person is an island, entirely self-sufficient and able to care for themselves, not bothered and have no needs from anyone. It’s okay to speak up, say your needs, ask for care about something. It doesn’t make you or the person asking immature or needy. It’s su***de prevention month, create the spaces for people to feel safe and not judged for being honest.
