Guiding Behavior Counseling, PLLC provides compassionate, knowledgable, and evidence-based services to support adults in gaining skills, knowledge, and positive lasting change for those with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and other executive functioning concerns. In addition to an office setting, we can provide services over telehealth to best support acquiring and using new skills. Services include:
-Individual and Couple's Counseling
-Executive Functioning Skills assessment and treatment
-ADHD Individual and Group skill building and treatment
-Parent Individual and Group Support

My colleague and I have developed a self paced, online executive functioning e-course that is now available for purchase and to start! We are offering this course half priced for $75 if purchased before November 1.

In addition to the course, clients get access to an executive functioning workbook that complements the skill lesson sections to have a space to practice every skill, 1 free 30 minute coaching session, and access to a Google Spaces accountability group for 90 days to increase support.
