Workout of the Week: Bird Dog
Natalie, our newest team member, is showing one of our favorite exercises for core and spinal stability.
From a tabletop position:
• Extend one arm forward
• Extend the opposite leg back
• Keep a straight line from hand to foot
• Avoid arching your low back or hiking your hip
Hold for 20–30 seconds or perform controlled elbow-to-knee reps.
Simple move. Powerful for your core and spine.
