CWHC celebrates our trans and q***r providers, staff, and volunteers. We refute any demonstration of transphobia or homophobia on our social media pages. CWHC envisions a world in which all people can care for their physical, mental, and sexual health, their relationships, and their communities. Not only is hate not tolerated at CWHC, it is not a part of the world that we are creating: one that includes q***r and trans providers leading our work.

We are committed to ensuring that each and every person who is a part of our community (staff, clients, board members, and volunteers) are honored for who they are and are met with respect and celebration.

You learn a lot in 50 years. This year taught us –again– that CWHC must remain an independent health clinic, one that is beholden only to our communities to keep our doors open. This ensures that when needs change, we can, too...because of you.

We are asking you to support our continued ability to adapt. Please make a gift today by visiting bit.ly/DonateCWHC.

As gaps in reproductive health and gender affirming care widened in the Midwest, as health organizations shrank or even closed, our community of support made possible for us to grow into those gaps. We expanded our scope to offer medication abortions, ultrasound services, and trans health group visits. I’m asking you to be part of our continued response. Please consider donating to CWHC today.

Your gift will mean that transformative health care and education remain available whether or not someone can pay.
