December 27-31 is our annual Winter Retreat at the Shambhala Centre.

This year's theme: "Interconnectedness - What's Karma Got to Do With It?"

Deepen your meditation practice, online or in person.

Come as you are, with all your feelings about our world these days—our fears and uncertainties are fertile ground to experience how meditation can open our hearts and reveal new possibilities.

This retreat is facilitated by our Collective Liberation group.

Daily teachings and practices will include Shamatha-Vipashyana meditation, Heart Sutra, Four Immeasurables (Brahmaviharas), Tonglen, and practices that attend to the body and the bonds between us.

Full details, including pricing per day and for the full Retreat, available here:

Q***r Dharma is a weekly meditation group where LGBTQIA+ people can form a non-judgmental community while deepening our meditation practices based on openness, curiosity, and gentleness. Currently this session is held in person, every Sunday from 5:30pm-7:30pm

Meditation practice provides a warm, genuine basis for realizing the full potential of our inherent wisdom. Through the practice, we learn to touch into this wisdom, allowing us to live our lives with a mind that is more present and fully engaged. Waking up to our own inherent goodness has a natural impact on our family members, friends, co-workers, and our world at large.
