What’s your favorite weekend breakfast?

This morning, I sautéed some chopped yellow onions in butter. Then added them while I cooked scrambled eggs (2 eggs whisked in some heavy cream). Made some toast with butter and jalapeño jelly. Sliced some avocado for healthy fat.

To drink, I made Snarky tea Strawberry Basil blend.

Happy Thursday!

Memories come up when you need them in your life.

Are you struggling with anything now in your life? Here’s your message today, your inner self is telling you, “I BELIEVE IN YOU!”. Repeat that!

Sometimes life throws you a curve into a direction you don’t expect to take. A crossroad between two choices. Do I do A or B?

A takes you on a journey with results of many lefts and rights and eventually your lessons build confidence in yourself to do those hard things and come to a successful outcome.

B takes you on a journey with results with many rights and lefts and you have more bumps and stalls with different outcomes and opportunities to a change that affects your future results.

Sometimes it doesn’t matter choosing A or B! It’s all about the journey we are meant to be on.

So will you be brave and believe in you today?

I know I am on an exciting road in my journey and can’t wait to see what I accomplish.

Happy Wednesday and hope you are having a productive week!

I had a great weekend watching Alex Hormozi’s 3rd book launch 100M + Model and see him capture the Guinness World record for highest number of nonfiction books sold within a 24 hour period and eventually selling 3.5M copies from Saturday thru Monday night. Plus give away so many business tools including a bonus to create a Skool community at a lifetime monthly discount of $9/month.

You know I have a passion for aromatherapy and wellness along with living a holistic healthy lifestyle, so be on the watch for me launching my Skool community soon. I’m just working on a name that captures supporting health, wellness, transformation, living your best life, achieving your dreams, cooking nutritional meals, and sharing your experiences with a group of women. More detailsto come!

What’s for lunch?

At this cute Amish store, there was a woman selling peach slushy and they wete amazing as peaches are in season here in Jamesport MO. I saw she had nice looking eggplants and zucchinis along with other produce.

Today, I air fried the eggplant with a touch of extra virgin olive oil 350 degrees for 15 minutes flipped 1/2 way. Sauteed chopped small bites of zucchini and mushrooms in EVO for few minutes. Added Rao’s Arrabbiata sauce with the cooked zucchini and mushrooms. I made some penne pasta.

Final meal layer three large pieces of eggplant, about 1 cup of pasta, and spaghetti sauce with zucchini and mushrooms. I opted for no cheese. Basically an eggplant Parmesan without breading and cheese.

It was yummy! 😋 Would you enjoy this? Make this?

Good morning and have a beautiful day!

What’s for breakfast?
Package of Optavia chocolate chip pancakes, scoop of protein powder, water, tbsp of vanilla greek yogurt for more protein topped with strawberries and drizzle of maple syrup. Plus a clementine for more fruit, vitamin C, and fiber.

Any fun plans today?
I am going to drink my strawberry basil tea and read a little in this local Amish cookbook I picked up in Jamesport MO. Work an hour on writing my aromatherapy recipe book 📖 to come out 1Q2026. Self-care Sunday with a facil and hair conditioner
