Hereโs some trainer tips for beginners:
1. Grab dumbells that are doable for you! Go lighter to start and you can always go up!
2. Maybe take a longer rest period than 15 seconds and join in with me when you are ready.
3. Go at your own pace- for example: for every 2 reps that I do, maybe you do 1.
