I have used Reiki to heal in several ways and I believe people can heal themselves and solve internal health problems and emotional trauma by using this inner gift we all share ENERGY ki power.
I have my own story to tell but I am still on a journey using Master practitioner Usui practice to heal myself and others.

A great review My initial Reiki session was amazing! It was a first for me. I noticed a significant improvement with pain and stress. My sleep was greatly improved. My 2nd session was even better. I plan to continue with Heather Barstow. It's my favorite hour of the week.
