Imposter Syndrome is often experienced when we encounter unfamiliar situations. I recall my first couple of weeks in graduate school as an aspiring therapist. Despite embarking on a new career path, I had doubts and questioned my abilities as a therapist. The truth is, it happens to everyone. We cannot know what we don't know, and that's okay! Learning a new skill can be challenging, but we shouldn't allow our doubts to overshadow our efforts to succeed.
