Plastic Surgery and Non-Surgical Treatments in Chicago and Winnetka Whole Beauty® Institute was founded by board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. John Q. Cook.

Dr. Cook and his team perform surgical and non-surgical treatments to refine and rejuvenate the face, breast, and body with natural-looking results. We believe in enhancing and restoring the intrinsic beauty of our patients. The safety and well-being of our patients are always of paramount importance. Some of our most popular surgical treatments include facelift, FaceTite, breast augmentation, liposuction, BodyTite, and blepharoplasty. Our non-surgical options include BOTOX®, injectable facial filler, HydraFacial and custom facials, Halo, BBL Hero, Morpheus for face and body, and Moxi. We tailor our treatments to meet the needs and aesthetic goals of our patients and advise what will best define and enhance a patient’s features.
