Join us for a 45-minute, core-focused Pilates class paired with a complimentary Beboe edible included with your ticket!

Come ready to move, breathe, and get that natural Pilates high — with a little extra lift if you choose.

Feel free to have the edible provided or Bring your own V**e 💞.

We’ll also be featuring two incredible women-led vendors:

🌿

A nonprofit plant shop founded by Jessica. She’ll be bringing a curated selection of beautiful houseplants, with 100% of proceeds donated to charity.

🌸 Rolling Rosa

A women-owned cannabis brand. Founder Victoria will be onsite to share insight on her journey in the cannabis industry and what it means to build a brand from the ground up.

Class Led By:

Stephanie, instructor + founder of Yoga Pilates Co., will guide a grounded, all level friendly 45-minute session designed to fire up your core and elevate your mind and body.

So excited and grateful to announce that I’ll be hosting a class at for the Millennium Park Summer Workouts 🫶 .

I’ve been feeling so much love and support from my community on this journey and so grateful to bring Yoga and Pilates to others since it’s a practice that has always been there for me - especially through dark times and through my struggles with mental health.

If the message of movement and positive self talk speaks to at least one person I feel blessed to have been the messenger. It’s already been such a blessing to be on this journey.

Please keep an eye out for the opening date of Yoga Pilates Co. In West Loop Chicago! I’m so excited to get the ball rolling now that some logistics have been settled.

Schedule ✨Mat Pilates every Tuesday at 5:30-6:30 PM ✨

“I’m Lexi, and I’ve been practicing all forms of Pilates for the last two years. What started as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion for mindful movement, core strength, and body awareness. Pilates has helped me build not only physical strength but also a deeper connection to balance and posture in everyday life. I love creating a welcoming space where people can move with confidence and feel empowered in their bodies.

When I’m not on the mat, I’m usually hanging out with my tuxedo cat Dexter, exploring new music, enjoying great food, or diving into something fun in the world of wellness and tech. Let’s move better, feel better, and grow stronger—together!”
