2026 can be the year you finally choose yourself.

Choosing yourself means prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being, even when life feels busy or overwhelming. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and ask for support when needed.

This year, your well-being matters, and you don’t have to do it alone.

💚 Support is available when you’re ready.

January gives us something powerful: space to reflect.

Starting therapy at the beginning of the year can help you gain clarity on what you’re feeling, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want to do differently moving forward.

Instead of rushing into another year on autopilot, therapy allows you to pause, understand your emotions, and build tools that support you long after January ends.

Clarity isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about feeling more grounded as life unfolds.

🌱 This 2026, give yourself permission to start with care.

We’re proud to share a milestone that fills us with gratitude.

On November 13, Pilsen Wellness Center received the Mental Health Equity Champion Award from the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) for our Mental Health Equity Initiative (MHEI), a program dedicated to supporting participants with a history of trauma who do not have insurance or access to mental health services, offered in the Lower West Side and Gage Park communities.

This award recognizes the heart of our mission: healing should be accessible to everyone.

Through MHEI, we provide:

✨ No-cost individual therapy
✨ No-cost group therapy
✨ Support and referral services
✨ Services available in English and Spanish

Thank you to our community for trusting us. We remain committed to expanding access, reducing barriers, and offering care rooted in compassion and equity.

Today we honor men and their mental wellbeing. đź’™

On International Men’s Day, we acknowledge that many men experience depression, anxiety, and stress, often in silence.

These feelings don’t always show up as sadness; sometimes they appear as irritability, anger, or exhaustion.

Emotions have no gender. Seeking help is strength, not weakness.

If you or someone you love needs support, Pilsen Wellness Center is here for you.
