YUM! I can't wait to try this! I'm always looking for new zucchini recipes. Do you buy zucchnini, only to forget you had it in your fridge drawer too long and it goes into the trash?

Every January, people set big goals.

And every February, most of them quietly disappear.

Not because they “lacked motivation.” Not because they “didn’t want it badly enough.”

But because goals don’t create change.

Skills do. And skills are built through daily practices.

Here’s the framework we use at PN (and have used with 150,000+ clients):

1️⃣ What’s the goal?
2️⃣ What skills does that goal actually require?
3️⃣ What are the small, repeatable practices that build those skills?

Think of it like learning a language.

You don’t “set a goal to be fluent” and hope for the best.

You practice vocabulary. Daily. Imperfectly. On purpose.

This is the difference between New Year’s intentions…

…and real, lasting change.

It’s also one of the core methods we teach inside the Level 1 Nutrition Coaching Certification—so coaches (and regular humans) can stop chasing outcomes and start building behaviors that actually stick.

If you want to learn how to coach change—or finally create it for yourself—the link’s below.

Same framework. Better results. Less January nonsense.

Is your heart holding on to pain, anger, bitterness, past trauma, guilt, or jealousy?

If all that is not processed properly, it can make (and keep) you sick. It can affect your body and keep it in "fight or flight" mode. That chronic stress slowly kills over time.

You can have a perfect diet and your body can still flare with inflammation due to a heavy emotional toll weighing on you.

Don't get me wrong. Food still matters. Your emotional wellbeing is a big part of the picture as well.

It’s not easy to avoid all these chemicals in our food these days, but knowledge is power. We can be more mindful and make one better choice every day for our health!💡

This is quite surprising, but great news and proof people are really trying to be more healthy these days!

Need more incentive to exercise?

Research has shown that a single workout can boost the production of proteins released by muscles during exercise that are known to have anti-cancer properties. These proteins could potentially slow cancer cell growth by 20-30%.

“Exercise has emerged as a therapeutic intervention in the management of cancer, and a large body of evidence exists that show the safety and effectiveness of exercise as medicine, either during or post cancer treatment,” Mr. Bettariga said.

New research from Edith Cowan University has found that just one session of exercise, either resistance or high-intensity interval training, can trigger anti-cancer effects in breast cancer survivors. New findings from Edith Cowan University (ECU) suggest that just one session of resistance train

My Mission is Simple: I Want To Help Women Reboot Their Metabolism So That They Can Look and Feel Great in Their Skin Again!

I hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®), Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, and licensed RESTART® instructor. My CHES® certification met the rigorous standards set by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies in order to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the public.

I am a mother of two young children and three rescue dogs. Along with my husband, we run a very crazy household!

I coach women so that they can overcome weight-loss resistance, boost their metabolism, boost their energy, decrease inflammation in the body caused by eating the wrong foods, and balance their blood sugars – all without giving up treat meals and tasty, REAL food! I want to help women so that they look and FEEL healthy all the time!

I know how frustrating it is to feel unwell and to continuously be told by healthcare professionals that there is nothing wrong. Many of my doctors who claimed there was nothing wrong with me, still sent me home with a myriad of pharmaceuticals over the years, which simply put a band-aid on my symptoms without addressing the root cause of my state of ‘unhealth’. Starting in my early 20’s, I bounced from doctor to doctor repeating my health history over and over, usually leaving their office in tears and with no new solutions.
