When you think of core muscles, you likely picture your abdominals.

However, your core actually forms a 360º degree ring around your spine, made up of not only the abdominals but also back muscles, obliques, and more, with the pelvic floor and diaphragm forming the top and bottom.

If any part of this system is out of balance, it can disrupt your ability to stabilize the spine, leading to pain. 👎

That’s why we take a comprehensive approach to identify the root cause and treat every factor contributing to your discomfort! 🙌

Ever read an MRI report for your lower back and felt overwhelmed? 😟 Don’t panic! Sometimes, those findings sound scarier than they really are—and they might not even be the cause of your pain.

For example, a recent study showed that changes in the lower back weren’t always linked to serious problems. 📚 This is why it’s so important to look at the big picture: your symptoms, physical exam, and imaging together.

The good news? Conservative care, like chiropractic treatment, can often help you feel better without jumping to extreme solutions. 🙌
