I was hopeful that I was going to be able to practice a full 90 minute yoga practice today but it didn’t happen. And that’s ok! Some days get busy. I’m grateful to have had a moment to pause, breathe and stretch on my mat. I’ll drop the video tomorrow on YouTube ❤️🙏
