Please welcome our new Therapy Program Manager - Olalekan “Tunji” Olatunji, MS, OTR/L. He has over 10 years of experience in helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. His experience includes working across outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, CILA homes, senior living and psychiatric settings, giving him a well-rounded understanding of each patient’s unique journey.

Tunji is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment where patients feel heard, motivated, and empowered throughout their recovery. He holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tuskegee University and has additional training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Northwestern University, bringing an innovative approach to patient care.

Outside of healthcare, Tunji is a former member of the Nigerian National Basketball Team and values teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—principles he brings into his work every day.

Today we celebrate one of our very own — Dr. Michel Rivlin, a proud member of the Montgomery Place family since April 2024!

Dr. Rivlin dedicated over 60 remarkable years to the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology, bringing expertise, compassion, and care to countless patients across the globe. His extraordinary career took him from his home country of South Africa, to England, to Hong Kong, and finally to the United States — a true citizen of the world whose healing hands knew no borders.

We are so honored to have this distinguished physician as part of our community. Dr. Rivlin, your legacy of service and dedication is an inspiration to all of us.

Thank you, Dr. Rivlin — and all the doctors who have given so much of themselves to others!

Great Connections Across the Pond!

We were thrilled to host a visit from St Monica Trust, a leading UK charity with over 100 years of experience creating communities where older people thrive. Founded in 1925 by Dame Monica and Henry Herbert Wills, the Trust now supports more than 17,000 older people across Bristol and surrounding areas through innovative retirement villages, specialist care, and its charitable foundation.

We had a wonderful visit sharing our experiences and challenges, and found a lot of common ground. It's inspiring to connect with organizations that share our commitment to helping seniors live their best lives!
