Flower Essence Therapy
Flower Essence Therapy was pioneered in the 1930's by the English physician Edward Bach.
Dr. Bach was highly intuitive and sensitive to the energy of plants. He was also a keen observer of human behavior, and understood that a person's mental and emotional states had a great influence on their health and well-being.
As a result of spending time in nature, he identified some non-toxic plants that could help different mental and emotional states in humans, animals and could even be used with other plants.
Since the 1930's the Bach Flower Essence have gained great popularity in Europe and are becoming increasingly known in the United States.
