Altruistic Yoga was founded by Jesi Verchota, CYT in March 2012. Jesi began Moksha’s teacher training and in-depth studies program with Daren Friesen in 2012. Jesi's classes are upbeat and energetic and her approach is influenced by teachings of Daren Friesen, Rich Logan, and Saul David Raye.
