Is it challenging to breathe? 😮💨
A client who’s new to yoga shared with me that she feels her breath gets “stuck” and can’t move around her torso. I used this technique to help her direct her breath to her back body, ribs, and diaphragm. Almost immediately, she felt her muscles relax and release, and her chest (heart area) felt open.
