Yoga Loft Studios Yoga Loft Studios is a wellness community promoting self care and healthy practices through yoga, fitness and meditation.

We opened our first studio in Chicago in 2012 and in 2016 our second studio located in the historic village of Oak Park. Yoga Loft Chicago is a beautiful studio located in the heart of the vibrant River North neighborhood. The loft was founded to provide a place where the discipline and health benefits of yoga could be integrated with other important aspects of health and wellness including strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. A celebration of all things yoga, the loft also offers nutritional counseling, health coaching and fitness training in our FIT LOFT STUDIO.

Yes… the street outside Yoga Loft is officially under construction for the next year.

We want to thank you for continuing to show up to the space — at the Loft we teach balance, we practice breathing through discomfort, and we continue to hold steady when things get a little shaky.

We are grateful to continue to show up for you and thank you for showing up for us 👷

Oak Parks construction is underway but Yoga Loft Studios is here to continue to support movement, breath, community, and calm.

We know it’s inconvenient but we wanted to offer you some ideas to keep up with your practice —

* There is FREE parking for 90 minutes in the garage across the street from the studio!
* Carpool with a friend and make it a wellness date
* It will be Spring soon! If you’re close by or can park around the corner enjoy a short walk in the warmth
