Shriners Children's Chicago provides specialty pediatric care to children up to age 18 with orthopedic issues from regular to rare. We specialize in care related to cerebral palsy, club foot, scoliosis and a variety of rare diseases. We also treat spinal cord injuries in kids, offer plastic surgery including craniofacial, cleft lip and cleft palate repair, and pediatric rehabilitation in a friendly, family-centered environment. Every clinic visit, procedure, surgical admission, and rehabilitation appointment is provided regardless of the family's ability to pay. The list of accepted insurance providers continues to grow, and includes Medicaid. We are part of a network of more than 20 care facilities with locations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Our mission is to improve the lives of children by providing innovative pediatric specialty care, cutting-edge research, and outstanding medical education. Come see our spacious activity mall with space for wheelchair sports, games and an indoor playground. We also have a large adapted outdoor playground and an award winning 4000 sq ft patient garden. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, relying on the generous donations of Shriners and the general public to carry out our mission and change the lives of children everyday.

Rehabilitation Services offers physical, occupational and speech therapy in one location for our patients. In addition, Shriners Children's Chicago provides support services, including recreational therapy, POPS prosthetics and orthotics, child life, care management, wheelchair seating even child psychologists, to help each child reach their full potential. No Notes. We're so proud of Anita's recovery in our pediatric inpatient rehabilitation in Chicago. So glad she can represent all our patients with her winning smile! The teen's initial, critical lifesaving care took place in Tennessee at Vanderbilt Health.
