New You Wellness New You Wellness mission is to change the trajectory of self care for the black woman.

New You Wellness is wellness business that delivers therapeutic services to small business teams to help combat workplace stress and educational tools andnresources to promote a self care practice. As a melanin woman, I desire to remove the stigma of putting ourselves last and everyone else first. Black women, statistically, at at high risks for many health issues, and it is my desire to turn that around and give black women tools that would bring a change to the alarming health conditions we face. I, too, have faced challenges with obesity, body shaming, taking less time for myself than for others, feeling like there is never enough time to take for myself and operating on fumes. This is why New You Wellness is in existence; to change the face of self care. It is important for us as black women to nurture ourselves and give us a chance. Through my coaching and self care flow classes, I provide simple, steps that are easy to implement, taking the work out of taking care of self.
