As we come to the end of the month, I often like to reflect on the month. What went well? What sucked? What lessons did I learn? How could I do better?
Often times (myself included), we have goals and dreams for our future. We know what we want. Where we sometimes get lost in, is how to get to where we want to be. And this run the gamut from health goals, to work goals, to life goals.
What can help in my experience is to make a plan for your goal. What are the timelines/deadlines? What check points are along the way? How do you know when you've achieved your goal? What are the steps involved in reaching your goal? Who are the people you need to have on your team?
And of course, nothing happens until you take action towards your goals.
The magic happens when you take consistent, persistent actions towards what you dream of.
