To complement the work we do on the massage table, this reformer based Pilates studio is designed to give you a low-impact, full-body workout for functional strength and flexibility that carries over to your day-to-day life. With a focus on core strength and flexibility, they provide options for everyBODY (something we can fully get behind). It's worth checking out their 30-min complimentary intro class -- I tried it and it was a total body experience. My abs, glutes and shoulders all got a great workout soreness the next day!
