Our team at EUNOIA Integrative Counseling currently has a few new client openings over the next few weeks.

We provide therapy for individuals (ages 10+) and couples, supporting concerns such as anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, and emotional overwhelm. Our approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.

Services are available via telehealth across Illinois, and our team offers support in English, Spanish, and Ukrainian.

✨ One Year of EUNOIA Integrative Counseling ✨

This Saturday, January 17, marked one year since EUNOIA Integrative Counseling officially opened 🤍

This first year was built as a true one-woman show—from clinical work to scheduling, billing, insurance admin, and everything in between. What started as a vision for thoughtful, integrative mental health care has grown into a practice grounded in trust, intention, and real human connection.

Year one came with a steep learning curve, a lot of behind-the-scenes problem solving, and countless decisions made with care—for clients and for the future of this practice. I’m deeply grateful to every client who trusted me in this first year and to every referral partner who supported this work along the way.
