Our Story
I completed my 200 hour certification at Nature Yoga in March 2014 under the instruction of Mark Lerro and Erica Rumpel. Additional training with Amber Cook and Rich Logan. My dance and physical therapy background lends to the framing of my classes, which focus on interesting flow through poses, anatomical alignment, injury prevention, meditation and mind body connection.
Class Descriptions:
Slow Flow/candlelight- Moves at a slower pace emphasizing meditation, relaxation, and restoration. Increase flexibility and range of motion while clearing away stress. Perfect for those new to yoga as well as experienced yogis.
Vinyasa- Moves at a moderate pace with an invigorating sequence that stretches and strengthens the entire body. All levels welcome
