A simple, energizing breathwork practice that helps lift your mood, release tension, and reset your nervous system.

What is Breath of Joy?
A quick, rhythmic pattern of three short “sniffing” inhales + one long exhale, using your arms and movement to sweep energy up and out of the body.
It wakes up your system, gently elevates your heart rate, and signals the brain to shift out of stress mode.

At Astute Counseling & Wellness Services, we offer two unique, specialty classes every Wednesday night at 6 PM and 7:15 PM ($30 link in bio and on ClassPass)

These classes are not typical yoga classes.
Our yoga therapists are trained through a rigorous, clinical-level certification program that qualifies them to integrate yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatics, and nervous system techniques specifically for mental health support.
Yoga therapy is truly therapy for your mind and body —
supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and regulation in a safe, guided space.
