Posting a wild turkey photo every day until our boss tells us to stop.

Wild turkeys can make more than 30 different vocalizations, from soft purrs to loud yelps to gobble gobbles. If they had a group chat, you’d definitely mute it.

In my class, it's knee up twist with the option to go full pretzel and tuck the leg. Moon Place Center has Zoom all levels Mat Yoga on Wednesdays at 10am which is still pay what you can. In person twice per week at McFetridge Wellness where this is Donna's favorite variation. So many twists with so many options.

Half Lord of the Fishes pose energizes the spine and stimulates the digestive fire.

Good for birds flying through Chicago

After initially making no specific commitment to bird friendly design, developers Related Midwest have now decided to adopt the enhanced bird protections from Chicago's Sustainability Development Policy for the new Chicago Fire stadium! This comes after Bird Friendly Chicago and individual community members spoke out on behalf of the birds. While the overall plan is not perfect, we'll take this small win. Thanks to everyone who spoke to their alderperson and to the developers! Your voice can make a difference.

The BirdCast model predicts high-intensity bird migration over our region tonight, October 7, with an estimated 435 million birds taking to the skies! 🐦🌌

To protect migratory birds in our area, please turn off all non-essential lights between 11:00 PM tonight and 6:00 AM tomorrow. Bright lighting disorients birds flying at night, leading to fatal collisions and unnecessary hazards.

Here’s how you can help:

Turn off or dim exterior building lights

Close blinds or curtains to block interior light

Avoid lighting lobbies, fountains, or plants that may attract birds
