Exactly one week ago, I had the honor of hosting a sold-out Salsa Social Fundraiser for the …and together, we raised $1,675! 💃🏽✨

I’m beyond grateful to everyone who made this night possible. 🙏🏽🥹 Huge shoutout to our incredible vendors and , our amazing salsa instructor for leading such a fun and vibrant class, our bartender , and for creating the event graphic that kicked it all off. 🚀

Thank you to everyone who showed up, danced, shared about our event, and even those who donated from afar, your support truly made a difference. 🙌🏽 The Street Vendors are so close to reaching their fundraising goal, so please continue to support their powerful community initiative! 🌟

Spiritsciencemedicine wanted to create a free, donation-based, and accessible event for our Humboldt Park community in light of everything happening with 🧊.

Dorian and I felt called to hold space — a place to express, release, and return to the body. 🙏🏽 This system thrives on our fear and exhaustion, so we’re choosing to gather, reconnect, and remember our strength together. 🫂

My favorite part of doing work is hearing the comments y’all make as your body starts to shift. 💫

Today a client told me: “I feel taller, stable, supported… but it feels kind of scary?”

We tapped, we cried, we moved, and we hugged one another. 🥹💝Tonight’s class was so powerful. ❤️‍🔥 Friday nights are quickly becoming my favorite! What once felt like loneliness has now turned into community. 😭🙌🏽 Creating this space and meeting people who aren’t afraid to be vulnerable, to nurture themselves and each other, is the most beautiful gift I could ever ask for.
